Two Schlesinger tufting machines change owner

Thanks to WOMA two BFK 2 broom tufting carrousels change their owner within a short time. So the seller gets money for investment in new equipment and the buyer has now ideal conditions for specific production of his products.

Since long time WOMA has an inquiry from Pavel Peterlin (left side of picture): he was searching for a tufting machine with large stroke for production of street brooms. Until now the Slowenian was using manual filling machines made by Seidel. First WOMA could help him with another Seidel machine, but from time to time Mr. Peterlin calls again to ask for an automatic machine... Then the recommendation of a new machine manufacturer was our assistance.

For reducing storage capacity and being more flexible in future company decof from Belgium, also famous under their label "falconbrush", decided to buy a new and faster tufting machine. With this investment the two available machines which has been used for production of brushes and brooms with synthetic and coco filaments should be traded in. The new machinery manufacturer disliked it but recommended company WOMA. So the brothers Decoopman (middle Dominik, right David) contacted us. Both machines were published at WOMA website immediately and offered in the next newsletter. Mr. Peterlin's call was following shortly...

In cooperation with decof we could clear all technical requirements of the Slowenian client. Also about the price both sides agreed shortly. Now decof produced a store of their 1 metre brooms to bridge the time until delivery of the new machine. In the meantime Mr. Peterlin attended to fund his investment. In May he was glad to come to Belgium for getting detailed instruction from David Decoopman and his technician Christophe (left side of picture). They even provide the programmes for Mr. Peterlin and installed the needed filling tools.

Always present: Daniel Köhler of WOMA. During his visit he also took some pictures and technical data of the second Schlesinger BFK2. When the first one was on the way to Slowenia, the next client just asked for the second one. In the meantime also this machine  has been packed into wooded crate and delivered to Russian's biggest factory for shoe brushes.
