WOMA's first participation
For the first time WOMA was exhibitor at Interbrush fair from 9th to 11th May 2012 in Freiburg.
This most important international fair for the brush industry takes place only every four years. Beside company owner Daniel Koehler also his wife and sales manager Maria Koehler have been there. Mr. Dmitry Volkov was taking care for customers from the Russian speaking countries.
At the booth we met representatives of about 150 companies from all over the world. Mainly brush manufacturers interested in buying or selling second hand machinery. Also a lot of existing customers have taken the chance for public relations or talking with us about future projects.
This caused a high frequency at the just twelve square meter booth from the first to the last day. Some visitors tried several times to talk to us finally. At this point we would like to thank all the visitors at our booth, especially those who even "stood in line" for that!
Many visitors have used the chance to take a look into our workshop through the large flat screen on the wall. About 20 projects from the last four years where presented. Thereunder a lot of complete overhaulings, which impressed our visitors.
A special highligt was the introduction of the new online marketplace, which Daniel Köhler set up at our client's suggestion. At www.woma-market.com brush manufacturers can sell their surplus of stock from now. The idea found much feedback even because of the high raw material prices. Some visitor already signalized at the booth to use the platform soon for offering bristles, filaments or wooden items they don't need any more and just use too much space. Your offers are welcome !
By taking part on the Interbrush 2012 the company WOMA has shown in its only 5th trading year, that it's already established in the brush industry. We have sent a signal to the fair visitors, that WOMA is an inherent part of the supplying industry for brush production. Thanks to the young, dynamic company management and the committed employees we succeed in getting part of a small but interesting and demanding sector. And this with chances of upgrowth and further success - as some Interbrush visitors prognostigated...
